Coral Park

The Coral Park Education Center is an infill institutional park between the communities of Heron Bay and Wyndham Heights, in the busy metropolitan market of Coral Springs, Florida. This commercial development has both line of sight as well as immediate proximity to the Sawgrass Expressway. The development is comprised of (3) separate buildings of 12,000; 30,000; and 30,000 square feet respectively (totaling 72,000 sq. ft.). The total land area of these parcels combined is just over (5) acres.
